Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Featherly is operated by EntertainTech Solutions LLC. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@blowy.tech.

2. What we store on your device

• Your medication, dose, shot-day schedule, start/goal weight, and goal.
• Your shot log (date, dose, injection site, notes).
• Your weight entries and side-effect entries.

This data lives locally on your iPhone and in the app’s private container. It is removed when you delete the app.

3. Apple Health (HealthKit)

If you grant permission, Featherly reads your body-weight from Apple Health to chart your trend and writes the weights you log back to Apple Health so your data stays in sync. In accordance with Apple’s rules:

• HealthKit data is used only to provide in-app features you requested.
• HealthKit data is never used for advertising or marketing, never shared with data brokers, and never written to iCloud or any server by Featherly.
• You can revoke access anytime in the Health app or iOS Settings.

4. Analytics & advertising measurement (no health data)

To run and improve the app and to measure our advertising, Featherly uses standard mobile SDKs — Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics, Adjust, Apphud, and the Meta (Facebook) SDK. These may process device identifiers, app-usage events, and install/subscription events. None of your health data (weight, shots, doses, side-effects) is ever included. We do not sell your personal information.

On first launch iOS asks for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, we do not use your advertising identifier for cross-app tracking. Your choice can be changed at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

5. Subscriptions

Purchases are handled by Apple and managed via Apphud. We receive subscription status (active/expired) to unlock premium features. We never see your card details.

6. Your choices and rights

• Access/erase: because your health data is local, you control it directly — delete entries in-app or delete the app to remove all local data.
• Tracking: manage via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Health permissions in the Health app.
• Depending on your region (for example under EEA/UK GDPR or California CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data processed by our analytics providers; contact support@blowy.tech. See also our Data Deletion page.

7. Not medical advice

Featherly is a tracking tool in the Health & Fitness category. Titration schedules shown in the app are manufacturer reference information only and are not medical advice. Always follow your prescriber. Featherly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Novo Nordisk (Ozempic®, Wegovy®) or Eli Lilly (Mounjaro®, Zepbound®).

8. Children’s privacy

Featherly is intended for adults (18+) using prescribed GLP-1 medication. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We use the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by changing the “Last updated” date on this page.
