I. Introduction

EntertainTech Solutions LLC takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may process when you install and/or use "Logo Art" software application for mobile devices.

California residents may request categories of personal information processed, sources, purposes, categories of third parties with whom information may be shared, and specific pieces of personal information where the request is sufficiently verifiable.

II. Information We Process

• Automatically processed information. Device details, internet connection details, app properties, cookies and similar technologies, log file information, ad-related information, in-app events, and subscription details may be processed by analytics or advertising tools once you allow tracking.
• Payment information. Apple or Google process billing and in-app purchases. We do not access your full credit or debit card information.
• Camera and photos. We may process photos that you upload from your device in order to generate a logo from your sketch. We do not collect or store biometric data from your photos and do not use face recognition or similar identification systems.
• Generated content. We may process content you generate in the App, including text you enter and images or other content generated by AI, including pictures with mockup previews.

Generated photos are intended to be automatically deleted from our servers after 15 days, though they may remain stored locally on your device unless you remove them or uninstall the App.

III. Purposes of Processing

We use information to provide functionality, improve the App, communicate with you, support subscriptions, deliver marketing where permitted, and prevent fraud or abuse.

IV. Sharing of Information

We do not rent or sell your personal data, but we may share information such as log files, cookie data, device identifiers, and other operational data with service providers that support analytics, advertising, infrastructure, and App operations.

V. Retention and Rights

We generally retain personal information for as long as necessary to perform the functional service of the App and comply with legal obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of processing of personal information that we physically access and store by contacting support@blowy.tech.

VI. Opt Out and Security

You can limit ad tracking on iOS in `Settings > Privacy > Advertising` or opt out of ad personalization on Android in `Settings > Google > Ads`. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, but no system is completely secure.
