Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how EntertainTech Solutions LLC collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the SaveGoods app for iPhone. It is written to clearly describe our data practices for Apple App Review and for our users.
1. Who we are
SaveGoods is operated by EntertainTech Solutions LLC. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@blowy.tech.
2. What SaveGoods does
SaveGoods lets you photograph a second-hand item and uses AI to identify it and estimate its resale value. To do this, the photo you take is sent to our processing servers, analyzed, and a result (item identification, estimated resale range, and comparable sold listings) is returned to your device. The app has no user accounts and does not require sign-up.
3. Information we collect
- Item photos. Photos you take with the camera or choose from your photo library are uploaded to our servers solely to identify the item and estimate its value. We access only the photos you explicitly submit — never your whole photo library.
- Scan results and inventory. Identified items, estimated values, verdicts, and prices you enter into the profit calculator are stored locally on your device so you can review your saved finds.
- Usage and diagnostics. Aggregated, non-identifying app-usage events (for example, opening a screen or completing a scan) and crash and performance diagnostics, collected through the third-party services listed below.
- Device and advertising identifiers. Device-level information (such as device model, operating system version, and identifiers including the Identifier for Advertisers/IDFA) used for analytics, install attribution, and advertising measurement, subject to your tracking choice (see section 6).
- Subscription status. Whether you hold an active subscription, managed through Apple and our subscription provider. We never receive your full payment card details.
- Support information. Anything you voluntarily send us by email.
4. How we use information
- To identify the items you photograph and estimate their resale value, including showing comparable sold listings.
- To calculate potential profit from prices you enter and show a buy/skip verdict.
- To keep your saved scans and inventory available on your device.
- To operate and improve the app, understand feature usage, and fix crashes.
- To measure the performance of our marketing and app installs, and to deliver and measure advertising, subject to your tracking choice.
- To manage subscriptions, unlock premium features, and restore purchases.
5. Item photos, specifically
Camera access is requested only when you scan an item. Photos are transmitted to our servers over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and are used only to produce your identification and valuation result. We do not use your photos to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell them. Photos of items are not intended to contain personal information — please avoid including people or personal documents in your scans.
6. Advertising and App Tracking Transparency
On first use we ask, through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, whether you allow tracking across other companies’ apps and websites. If you decline, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used to track you. Your choice can be changed at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
7. Third-party services
We use the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Apple — App Store, in-app subscriptions, and platform services. apple.com/legal/privacy
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics & Cloud Messaging) — usage analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications. firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Adjust — install attribution and marketing measurement. adjust.com/terms/privacy-policy
- Meta (Facebook SDK & Audience Network) — advertising measurement and delivery. facebook.com/policy.php
- Apphud — subscription management on top of Apple’s in-app purchases. apphud.com/privacy
8. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your photos or scan history with advertisers or data brokers. Information is shared only with the service providers named above to the extent needed to run analytics, attribution, advertising measurement, and subscriptions, or where required by law.
9. Data retention
Your saved scans and inventory remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Uploaded photos are retained on our servers only as long as needed to process your scan and operate the service, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Data handled by the third-party services above is retained according to their respective policies. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to help you.
10. Your choices and rights
- Revoke camera or photo access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security.
- Change your tracking choice in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Turn off push notifications in Settings → Notifications.
- Delete your on-device data by deleting saved scans or uninstalling the app.
- Depending on your region (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. See also our Data Deletion page.
11. Children’s privacy
SaveGoods is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data in transit and at rest and limit unnecessary access. No system is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the information involved.
13. International users
Our servers and the third-party services we use may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, such transfers rely on the safeguards described in those providers’ privacy policies.
14. Changes to this policy
