• Support information that you voluntarily send to us by email.
• Subscription and purchase status processed by Apple through the App Store.

3. How we use information

• To identify landmarks, monuments, and places from user-submitted photos.
• To improve recognition accuracy by using optional GPS coordinates only to help match the photographed object or place.
• To provide AI travel features such as place information, guided content, and route suggestions inside the app.
• To operate the service, maintain security, resolve support issues, and improve reliability.
• To manage subscriptions, restore purchases, and maintain app functionality.

4. Camera, photos, and location

Camera, photo library, and location permissions are optional and are only used to support features that you explicitly request.

• Camera access is used so you can capture a place or object for identification.
• Photo library access is used so you can choose an image for identification.
• Location or photo GPS metadata is used only to improve identification of photographed objects and places.

We do not use GPS location for advertising, user profiling, background tracking, or selling data.

5. Storage and retention

Data processed by Travel Guide AI is stored on servers controlled by EntertainTech Solutions LLC. We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, support users, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

6. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not disclose your photos, GPS location, or identification requests to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

As a general rule, data used by Travel Guide AI is stored on our own servers and is not shared with third parties except where technically necessary to operate Apple platform services, comply with the law, or process App Store purchases.

7. Apple and App Store data

Payments, subscriptions, and purchase restoration are handled through Apple. We do not receive your full payment card information. Apple may process personal data according to its own privacy terms and App Store policies.

8. Your choices and rights

• You can revoke camera, photo, or location permissions in your device settings.
• You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data where applicable by contacting us.
• You can delete the app at any time.

9. Children’s privacy

Travel Guide AI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
