Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how EntertainTech Solutions LLC collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Tunelo app for iPhone. It is written to clearly describe our data practices for Apple App Review and for our users.
1. Who we are
Tunelo is operated by EntertainTech Solutions LLC. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@blowy.tech.
2. What Tunelo does
Tunelo is an ear training and singing practice app. It helps you recognize notes in a key, intervals, chords and scales; sing along to a target note with live pitch feedback; test your vocal range; tune an instrument; read notes on the treble and bass staff; and work through short music-theory lessons, using a real sampled piano sound. A daily 5–10 minute plan also brings back exercises you missed. The app has no user accounts: it never asks for an email address, a name, or a password, and there is nothing to sign up for.
3. What stays on your device
- Microphone audio. When you open a singing, vocal range, or tuner exercise, Tunelo analyzes the sound from your microphone in real time, on your device, to detect pitch. That audio is never recorded, stored, or sent anywhere — it is processed in memory and discarded immediately.
- Progress data. Your exercise results, streaks, vocal range results, and lesson progress.
- Settings. Your chosen language and app preferences.
This data lives in the app's private container on your iPhone and is removed when you delete the app.
4. What we send to our server
Our server at api2.blowy.tech is used only to deliver practice-reminder notifications and to keep your subscription working across the app. We send it only:
- An anonymous app user identifier, not tied to your name, email, or any account.
- App version and device locale, so we can send notifications correctly and support older versions.
- A push notification token, if you allow notifications, so we can send you the reminders you turn on.
We never send your microphone audio, exercise results, streaks, or vocal range results to our server — that progress data stays on your device.
5. Information collected by analytics and attribution
- Usage and diagnostics. App-usage events (for example, opening an exercise or completing a lesson) and crash and performance diagnostics, collected through the third-party services listed in section 8. These events do not include microphone audio or pitch data.
- Device identifiers. The Identifier for Vendor (IDFV), which is specific to our apps on your device, is available to these services. The Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) is used only if you allow tracking in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- Subscription status. Whether you hold an active subscription, managed through Apple and our subscription provider. We never receive your payment card details.
- Support information. Anything you voluntarily send us by email.
6. How we use information
- To detect pitch during singing, vocal range, and tuner exercises, entirely on your device.
- To run your daily plan and bring back exercises you missed.
- To send the practice reminders you allow.
- To operate and improve the app, understand feature usage, and fix crashes.
- To measure the performance of our marketing and app installs, subject to your tracking choice.
- To manage subscriptions, unlock premium features, and restore purchases.
7. Advertising and App Tracking Transparency
Tunelo does not show ads. We use advertising measurement to understand which campaigns bring people to the app. iOS asks, through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, whether you allow tracking across other companies' apps and websites. If you decline, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is not collected or used to track you, and nothing else in the app changes. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
8. Third-party services
We use the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy. None of them receives your microphone audio or on-device progress data.
- Apple — App Store, in-app subscriptions (StoreKit), and platform services. apple.com/legal/privacy
- Apphud — subscription status and purchase events on top of Apple's in-app purchases. apphud.com/privacy
- Adjust — install attribution and marketing measurement, using the advertising identifier only with your tracking consent. adjust.com/terms/privacy-policy
- Meta (Facebook SDK) — app events used to measure our ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, using the advertising identifier only with your tracking consent. The app does not include Facebook Login or Audience Network. facebook.com/policy.php
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics & Cloud Messaging) — usage analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications. firebase.google.com/support/privacy
9. Permissions
Tunelo asks for a permission only for the feature that needs it. You can change every choice at any time in the iPhone Settings app.
- Microphone — requested only when you open a singing, vocal range, or tuner exercise. Your voice is analyzed on-device in real time to detect pitch and is never recorded, stored, or sent anywhere. If you decline, these exercises are unavailable but the rest of the app works.
- Notifications — optional, to send you practice reminders.
- Tracking — Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, so we can measure which ad campaigns brought you to Tunelo (see section 7). If you decline, nothing else in the app changes.
Tunelo does not request access to your location, contacts, photo library, or camera.
10. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your microphone audio or on-device progress data with anyone, because it never leaves your device. Information is shared only with the service providers named above to the extent needed to run analytics, attribution, advertising measurement, notifications, and subscriptions, or where required by law.
11. Data retention
- Progress data and settings remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app.
- The anonymous app identifier, app version, locale, and push token described in section 4 are kept while your installation is active and are deleted on request.
- Data handled by the third-party services above is retained according to their own policies. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to help you.
12. Managing your subscription
Tunelo Premium is an auto-renewable subscription (weekly or yearly), billed and managed by Apple through your App Store account. It does not include a free trial. You can restore a previous purchase in the app, and you can review, change, or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
13. Your choices and rights
- Turn off microphone access in Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone; the singing, vocal range, and tuner exercises will be unavailable.
- Change your tracking choice in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Turn off push notifications in Settings → Notifications.
- Delete your on-device progress by uninstalling the app.
- Depending on your region (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@blowy.tech. See also our Data Deletion page.
14. Children's privacy
Tunelo is not directed at children under 13 and is not listed in the Kids category. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at support@blowy.tech and we will delete it.
15. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data in transit and at rest and limit unnecessary access. No system is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the information involved.
16. International users
Our servers and the third-party services we use may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, such transfers rely on the safeguards described in those providers' privacy policies.
17. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date on this page.
18. Contact us
