Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GreenScore app for iPhone (the "App"), operated by EntertainTech Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What the App does

The App estimates the "green score" of whitetail deer antlers from photos you provide, offers a manual scoring calculator, lets you create trophy cards, and keeps a trophy room on your device. The scoring method is modeled on the commonly used North American antler-scoring approach ("B&C-style"), implemented with our own illustrations and texts.

2. Estimates, not official scores

• AI results are estimates produced from photos. They are shown with a likely range because measurements taken from photos can differ from measurements taken with a tape, sometimes by several inches or more.
• Calculator results depend entirely on the measurements you enter.
• No result from the App is an official score. Official scores for record books can only be taken by a certified measurer, generally after a 60-day drying period, under the rules of the relevant organization.
• Do not rely on the App to decide whether an animal meets a legal requirement, such as an antler point restriction or a minimum score. You are solely responsible for complying with all hunting laws and regulations that apply to you.

3. No affiliation

GreenScore is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the Boone and Crockett Club, the Pope and Young Club, Safari Club International, or any other scoring or record-keeping organization. Their names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the scoring style the App follows.

4. Free features and GreenScore Pro

The manual calculator and the trophy room are free. Your first AI estimate is free. Unlimited AI estimates (subject to the fair-use daily limit shown in the App) and trophy cards without a watermark require a GreenScore Pro subscription.

5. Subscriptions and payment

• Plans. GreenScore Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: annual (US$49.99 per year) or weekly (US$7.99 per week). We may also offer a discounted annual price in the App. Prices in other countries are set in the local currency, and the exact price is shown in the App Store before you confirm the purchase. There is no free trial.
• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. All payments are processed by Apple; we never receive your payment card details.
• Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Price changes. If a subscription price changes, Apple will notify you in advance as required, and where required you will be asked to agree to the new price before it applies.

6. Apple Standard EULA

The App is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These Terms add to the Standard EULA; if they conflict, the Standard EULA controls to the extent of the conflict. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.

7. Your photos and content

You keep ownership of the photos and notes you add. You give us a limited license to upload and process the photos you submit for an estimate, solely to provide that estimate, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to use the photos you submit.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit images that are unlawful, sexually explicit, or that you do not have the right to use;
• use the App to break any law or hunting regulation, or to misrepresent an estimate as an official score;
• attempt to circumvent free-use or fair-use limits, including by automating requests or reinstalling to reset limits;
• reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the App or our servers, except where the law allows it;
• resell or redistribute the App or its results as a commercial scoring service.

We may suspend access to AI estimates if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

9. Intellectual property

The App, its design, illustrations, texts, and software are owned by EntertainTech Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. Except for the license granted by the Standard EULA, no rights are transferred to you.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The App and all estimates are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including about the accuracy of any estimate or measurement, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability of the App.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EntertainTech Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on an estimate, including decisions about hunting, harvesting, taxidermy, purchases, or entries into record books or competitions. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.

12. Changes to the App and these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features of the App. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by changing the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
